hillsboro, oregon

Next Class:

Tuesday January 31st, 2012

7:00 – 8:30 pm

Regular Schedule:

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 – 8:30 pm

We study the traditional Okinawan art of Isshinryu Karate. It consists of simple blocks, punches and kicks.

Most of our practice is individual, but we often work in unison with others. We never use hard contact.

Our training improves: awareness, endurance, flexibility, strength, speed, self-control, and self-discipline.

At the core of Isshinryu Karate are the kata: patterns of attacks and defenses against multiple attackers. These forms have been passed down from teacher to student over centuries.

Beginners are welcome to join us at our new location!

No prior martial arts experience is necessary. If you're not already in shape, don't worry, we'll get you there.

Your first three classes are free of charge, so you can see how good a fit it is for you!

Classes are now held at:
